Full Time: Software Engineer

8:30a – 5:30p in the office, plus outside hours
The Technology Services Department has an immediate opening for an experienced applicant in the travel industry. The position requires the following skill set: OOP, VB, C#, .NET, OOD/OOA, multithreading, and strong SQL optimization (stored procedures, complex views, etc). Must be able to collaborate with team members and work in a fast paced environment. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience, clear speech, presentation skills, and ability to understand our in-house program. Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or 3-5 years of experience; or a combination of both.

 

Full Time: Database Administrator

8:30a – 5:30p plus outside hours
Our Technology Services Department is adding to the IT team by adding a Database Administrator.  The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience.  You must be able to troubleshoot hardware including desktop and server hardware.  Additional requirements include:  network design, implementation, troubleshooting VLANs, understand Microsoft Office 2003-2010 installation and rectifying issues, service printers, scanners, cameras, phones, tablets, and other devices; and must be familiar with using remote access technologies.  Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Systems or Computer Science, or 3-5 years of experience; or a combination of both.

Sea Shells Beach Club

Full Time: Front Desk

8:30a – 5:30p
Sea Shells Beach Club, ocean front, is located in Daytona Beach, Florida.  Just in the last few weeks this has been renovated to an upscale 38-unit boutique resort. We are looking for a professional Front Desk Associate Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations. Secure payment; verify and adjust billing. Activate and file room keys. Process all guest requests and relay messages. Print contingency lists to have a record of all guests in case of emergency. Identify and explain room features to guests; supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest. Also, confidentiality is a must to handle member information. Past experience with resorts, vacation clubs, hotels, or a reservation system a plus.

 

Full Time: Maintenance

Shift hours so see resort for more details. Must be available on weekends and evenings.
Sea Shells Beach Club, ocean front, is located in Daytona Beach, Florida.  Just in the last few weeks this has been renovated to an upscale 38-unit boutique resort. Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping. Install, maintain, repair and perform preventative maintenance on appliances, electronics, and equipment. Conduct daily inspections of the property. Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities. Monitor and inspect boiler equipment, computer terminals, switches, etc. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems, apparatus, and components. Assist in any guests’ needs.  Must be clean, neat, and professional in appearance to enter into guests’ rooms. 

 

Full Time: Housekeeping

8:30a – 5:30p Shift Schedule so hours could change. Must be available on weekends and evenings.
Sea Shells Beach Club, ocean front, is located in Daytona Beach, Florida.  Just in the last few weeks this has been renovated to an upscale 38-unit boutique resort. Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping.  The duties include:  Clean all rooms as instructed by management, respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Post caution signs. Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs. Deliver guest requests and set up furniture items in guest rooms as requested. Remove items from hallways and transport to service areas, including debris, room service food and beverage trays, unread newspapers, soiled linens, and trash placed near Housekeeper carts. Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment.
